ΔΑΩ
Change for growth.

When translated, our Greek letters literally read "Change from beginning to end." This is conducive to the fraternity's goal of providing each member with an experience that changes and shapes their life throughout their college years. We believe that change is necessary for growth and for education. And with the right change, an organization can excel, and its members can achieve their goals.
Our Values
What we stand for.

The Nine Pillars
Principles for life.

The brothers of Delta Alpha Omega uphold nine pillars, or principles, to strive to live by every day.
Unity
Integrity
Initiative
Character
Leadership
Scholarship
Individuality
Brotherhood
Community Service
Gryphon Pride
One creature. one race.

All DAO brothers are united under the Almighty Gryphon. A gryphon is a mythological creature that represents wisdom, strength, and salvation, and is seen in many different cultures as a symbol of unity and peace. The king of the land, and the king of the skies, the Gryphon is the ruler and protector of all. In everything we do, the brothers of Delta Alpha Omega seek to represent the power and stature of the Gryphon.
Our motto
promoting change.

"The harder you work in the beginning, the more fruitful you will be in the end."
Every DAO brother works very hard to get the most out of fraternity life and their education here at UT. We believe that some sacrafices are necessary now in order to reap a great reward in the long run. Each day, we try to apply this principle, whether we are in class, on campus, or out serving the community.
Affiliation
diversity is our name.

Multicultural Greek Council (MGC)
Our council seeks to meet the needs of a diverse body of students through a multicultural fraternity. In fact, many of our fraterity events throughout the year promote the many different cultures represented by our members and other UT students.
